This was my second visit with Dr. Gleason since moving to the area, seeing her for my yearly exam (though it’s been 2 years because of Covid). I’m post menopausal and told her of the dryness and pain I experienced with intercourse. The insertion of the speculum was painful and I let out a sound… Sorry, she said. Then she did the PAP which also hurt… Sorry she said. I was crying. Her advise was “ Well if you start using “product x”, by next appointment it wont hurt.” Then, she she said “OK, your all done (as I was wiping tears) and literally scurried out of the room. She showed no compassion. She didn’t even offer me a tissue. I’ll never go back.

Went to see her for abdominal pain. Dr Gleason suggested a bone density and pep test. I agreed not knowing that I would be billed for a annual exam, which is not covered by Medicare , for women over 65. When I called the office to clarify that I did not come for a periodic preventative exam, I was brushed off and they were insisting that it was annual exam.

Never saw her. Its HER STAFF THAT IS POORLY SUITED FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. I WOULDN'T BUY AN ICE CREAM CONE FROM THEM,

Dr Gleason is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She never hurries you and always listen and responds to your concerns. I am so impressed with Dr Gleason I recommended her to my daughter(who loves her). I believe Dr. Gleason always has my best interest at heart.
