Dr. Barbara Harvey, MD

After over a year of misdiagnosis and useless treatments, my then-new primary care provider diagnosed me with chronic fatigue syndrome but had no background for further treatment. I sought out Dr Harvey based on her reputation, and she began a process of testing and treatment trials, first helping my poor exhusted system start to recover. She makes it clear that you and she are a team and that you are working on this together. Your input as a patient is sought and respected. Highly recommend Dr. Harvey for anyone whose condition doesn't fall in the easily-diagnosed/easily-treated category and who are often simply written off by most care providers.

Superior knowledge of Dr Harvey, her staff and trust in their ability to drill down in complex issues normal practitioner's do not look at. She is a go to and a HUGE asset to the medical community. She is a phenomenal teacher to understand the processes of the body, treatments with access to numerous tests to drill down to more complex issues. easy access to the office. Her staff are very knowledgable. Access to compounding pharmacies for other prescriptions. Very sensitive to the patient's plan.

Dr. Harvey truly is a God-send. I was very deficient in all essential minerals and ultra sensitive to the vitamins and minerals on the market to the point where my body could not handle a "normal" dose. I have severe life-long, debilitating allergies. My regular MDs were unable to help. They are clue-less. Dr. Harvey was/is able to work with me and improved my state of well-being to making me feel strong, happy and able to function again! I have a ton of energy now! I am blessed to have found her because I don't know how much longer I would have been able to go on. This kind of doctoring and "medicine" is very much needed. Why are there little to no others with her knowledge and skills? As far as her office and staff go,,,, there are none better out there. I am beyond impressed. Thank you Dr. Harvey and Staff!

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Harvey in January of this year after waiting an extended period. The staff provided updates for when an appointment would be likely. Dr. Harvey was comprehensive--she discussed my history in great detail, and provided clear explanations of my options for diagnosis and potential treatment trajectory. I left her office feeling hopeful about my future health improvements and eager to work through the process.

I am beyond impressed with the medical care I have received from Barbara Harvey and her staff. I feel stronger, healthier, and more resilient after each visit. I don’t like to think about where I might be if it wasn’t for their expertise and rapport.

Dr. Harvey solved my endocrine/thyroid issues, starting with a baseline, and exhausting all possible reasons for an imbalance. She looks at every aspect of the whole person, advises, and searches, searches for the most natural, positive methods of treatment. When other doctors indicated that they could not do any more for me, she found solutions. She has responded compassionately, in a no-nonsense way, and made an amazing difference in my quality of life. I trust her implicitly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey's for many years. She is a holistic MD and because she specializes in chemical and environmental sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, auto-immune diseases and gut health she has been a huge part of my healing journey! She cares about me as a patient and as a person. Her office is friendly and her staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I wish other medical practices were as good.

Dr. Harvey is an excellent M.D. who works at finding root causes of disease so that you can work on reversing health challenges.
