She doesn’t listen to the entire problems with the patient. Very rude. Won’t respond to phone calls with medication concerns and side effects. This is definitely NOT good! Side effects can be devistating.

I was referred her by my primary care physician. I've been going through a challenging time and was seeking help. Instead, I left her office feeling worse than I had when I arrived. She was rude and failed to look me in the eyes or show even an ounce of compassion. Rather, she sat with her face planted on the desk taking notes. At one point she mentioned "I don't do counseling" and told me "I don't know why you're here or what I can do for you." I will not be returning.

I went to see her because I was referred to her group by my primary care doctor. I've been a patient of hers for 2 or 3 office visits. She did not manage to help me with any of my issues. She's unwilling to provide a prescription for medication that is badly needed. She lost me as a patient. They are supposed to help. I did not get help. She's uncaring and cold.

My brother had his first visit with Dr. Lohn today and the first words out of her mouth were Why are you not taking your medication? We have been through a very traumatic experience and a little compassion would be helpful but I guess she does not feel it necessary to treat patients with respect or even greet them on a first visit.
