punctured uterus
i got an iud inserted by barbra five years ago and when i went to get it removed at planned parenthood i was informed that my uterus is too small and the iud was puncturing the walls of my uterus and that’s why i yelped in pain when she inserted it literally would never suggest her to anyone

Overly aggressive on LEEP procedure
Dr. Patrick performed a LEEP on me in my early 20s for cervical dysplasia. Come to find out she took A LOT (4 substantial sweeps) for LOW GRADE dysplasia. This has compromised the integrity of my cervix and ability to carry children (a fun fact OB GYN's don't warn you about). The standard of care would have been to watch and wait as my immune system would have cleared it which is what I ended up doing instead when it came back, mostly because her massive excisions didn't leave me much of a choice. It concerns me that she's now working at U of Iowa now with all of these young women who may not know any better. Beware this provider.
