Liar!
My husband has suffered with hip pain for a month. He's put up with it because dr collins told him that at his appt, he would get a shot that would help. But, at his appt he was told it wasn't going to happen because they didn't have some required piece of equipment. AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT A MONTH AGO??? Now, he can't get into see a real Dr for several weeks. I cannot tell you how pi$$ed we both are with this nonsense, when a so-called doctor's office can't get their sh!t together to help a client. WILL NEVER GO BACK, and I strongly recommend no one else trusts him or his office staff to tell you the truth.

Excellent doctor but I needed paperwork completed for insurance and my employer. I left it at the Marshall office on June 23rd and didn't get the signed paperwork faxed to me until July 6. Thirteen days later. Paperwork previously left at the Battle Creek facility took almost as long. Total bureaucracy.
