I made my appointment online. Check-in was less than a minute. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Phillips Diagnosed everything that I needed to know and what I should do once I left the office.

Been seeing Dr. Phillips for several years now. Has great knowledge and professionalism, and he has a caring attitude about me when I am in his presence. Staff was very courteous and efficient, I didn't have to wait more that 5 minutes to get into the X-ray room and then to see him for my pain management injections.

He took the time to show me what was going on. Talked me through it.

Dr. Phillips is the best!

This was my first visit to Campbell Clinic. I had a great experience with the physician however, I realized that I didn’t receive any discharge instructions. So I left a message for the his assistant Bre to contact me. From the first voicemail to the live conversation with the assistant was negative. Bre’s tone was condescending, sarcastic, arrogant, and defensive. I don’t ever want her to touch my chart again. This changed my positive experience to a completely different experience. The only reason I’m not giving my experience 5 stars is because of his assistant. Leave the attitude and sassiness at home and take care of the patient. Make the patient feel like their care is important. I definitely didn’t feel like my care was taken seriously after speaking with Bre.

Dr Phillips is very professional yet attentive, friendly, and caring. He is always thorough and accurate. I have been to several orthopedic doctors over the years and he is simply the best. I highly recommend Dr Phillips and Campbell Clinic.
