Dr Pinchoff and his staff were amazing with my very anxious 7 year old. There is a free valet so parking was not a concern. The receptionist was friendly and reassuring. We actually got seen early which was refreshing. The doctor was kind and treated my son just a 7 year old should be treated. I would highly recommend him.

My experience has been disappointing with Dr. Pinchoff. He is an expert in his field however seems unable to communicate beyond his office walls. I called with a question regarding my daughter. My query was attended to by staff (after consulting with him). However busy he might have been, it is of professional courtesy to call back whenever he would become available - and no matter how insignificant the inquiry was. A patient deserves a call back from his doctor - when his available.

Daughter had problem focusing in both eyes. During the process He was excellent with both her and parents. She was 5 yrs when operated on and he did explain it maybe necessary for a 2nd operation. So far 11 yrs later she is fine. He takes the time to be sure that all is working and has a great bedside manner. Have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Pinchoff.
