Doctor=Fine, Office Staff=Terrible
My husband, my sister, my Father, all went to this doctor. His office staff has gotten terrible through the years so will not be referring anyone else there. Will not answer the phone. You leave messages, and days go by with not return phone call. When you do get one, they have no clue about the patient, etc. Let the Dr. know this and he pretty much dismissed me. Denial about how your office staff is driving away patients? Office staff will make or break a practice.

Has the bedside manner of Attila the Hun
Arrogant, unhelpful pill pusher. I would up getting a cervical fusion from another doctor and my pain was gone when I woke up from surgery and has never come back.

Great knee replacement
Barry replaced my knee with a custom knee replacement 4 year ago and I’ve been very happy. I referred some friends who are happy also.

Dr. Waldman replaced my right hip 5 years ago (great job) now the left hip is starting to bother me so I made an appointment to see him. The visit was short and to the point with the available options. He did not jump right into the surgery route and suggested exploring a couple of the other options first.

My visit was excellent! Despite not having seen Dr. Waldman in a very long time, he remembered me and my surgical history. He listened attentively to my current symptoms and, I believe, delivered the appropriate care. I am a retired masters-prepared RN and able to evaluate the standard of care. As I said before...my visit was excellent. Dr. Waldman did more than treat my knee that day. He treated Ann, not just the knee.

Dr. Waldman is very compassionate and carrying. He uses cutting edge technology, like the Conformis custom joint replacement, which results in faster patient recovery. He replaced my knee in 2018 and my left hip last week. I walked out of the surgical center with a walker both times and recovered at home. He listens to my concerns and discusses the options. He has a wonderful bedside manner as well! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Waldman has been taking care of my orthopedic needs since aprrox. 2011/2012. He is a doctor you can trust. He is thorough, gives you the pros and cons of treatment methods and allows you to choose in which direction you want to go. I recommended him to a friend and she has thanked me on numerous occassions.

I saw this “dr” as a result of an injury at work. He worked for my employer & was clearly biased as to an opinion on my injury. I had a torn rotator cuff & his “examination” consisted of grabbing my arm & twisting it up behind my back while I screamed in pain asking him to wait. He laughed at me & said “have a nice weekend” & walked out of the room leaving me crying in pain on exam table. My hand was also injured & he blew that off also. This was 18 months ago &. I am still suffering problems with my hand & shoulder

At first, appeared charming, smart, attentive and caring. After surgery, couldn’t get HIM on the phone and 4 days post-op and having problems, even though his office was open and seeing patients at 2. In the afternoon, I was told by numerous employees that he didn’t have 15 minutes to look at an oozing incision and to go to the ER. Did that and waited over 10+ hours just to be seen and another 12 hours laying on a stretcher, waiting. Finally seen and was told to see Dr. Waldman the next day. ??

Condescending doctor who doesn't listen to his patients and refuses to actually look at the medical records right in front of his face. Don't bother, he won't care about your treatment.

I researched the heck out of doctors, type of prosthesis and outcomes. Honestly its a crap shoot unless you know someone in the business. Regardless, I went to Dr Waldman for a 3rd opinion. He took as much time as I wanted to answer questions and go over options. I chose a custom made knee prosthesis and outpatient surgery. I checked in at 7AM, In surgery by 9 am and Walking to our car at 2pm. I got home at 3pm, ascended 14 stairs at 3:30! Dr Waldman is Fabulous. Super fast recovery!
