I called to make an appt. in June for a painful problem that had cropped up in my foot. They were willing to see me in September!!!! Another very qualified podiatrist was willing to see me in just a few days.

Upon entering the exam room, the Dr in a loud booming voice stated that I should not expect any surgery to correct any problems I had. That was a startling introduction to a new patient instead of how are you or any other form of kind greeting. Then he proceeded to show his assistant the problems with my feet like I was invisible. I had seen about 15 podiatrists during the difficulties with my then deformed feet and was not in a good mood to be treated as a person who had neglected her feet care which could not be further from the truth. Then I was asked to walk in the hall and the conversation was made to his assistant in a low tone of voice about how I did. I never felt I was anything but a learning tool for the assistant. Then I was rudely told nothing could be done but I could check out shoes at a store in the area. I felt totally humiliated and frustrated at the lack of concern that this doctor showed. An arrogance that was unwarranted. Could not recommend to anyone.
