Needed to see Dr. C after my 83 year old dad had a fall and possible nose break. My dad has dementia and Dr. C was very kind, caring and patient with him. He came into the office during this COVID pandemic so I could bring my Dad in. I highly recommend him. He has a great bedside manner.

We’re first time patients and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. Dr. C was very patient and understanding; he gave a very thorough exam and explained everything to us in simple terms including some clear next step actions. Highly recommend Dr C!

Probably a good and knowledgeable doctor, BUT don't take your kids to see him! No bedside manners what's so ever. I took my 9 year old to see him and he scared her to death by telling me (while she was there) what kind of procedure she needs, what he is going to cut/remove and where...She was horrified and started to cry, at that moment I asked him to stop speaking and took my daughter to the waiting room. We never went back.

Got an appointment pretty quick, staff was friendly and Dr Castellano was very sweet, caring, listened carefully, and explained everything in great detail. The only frustrating thing was having to wait over an hr :( Overall I would definitely recommend Dr Castellano and I will definitely be back as well.

I was seen by Dr. Castellano today. From the moment I walked into the office and met the two women at the reception desk, I felt comfortable. After a 20 minute wait I was ushered into an exam room and within 5 minutes Dr. Castellano walked in. I found him to be a warm, caring, considerate physician who was easy to talk to and explained everything to me in a clear, concise manner. Staff was wonderful as well. Highly recommend D. C. to anyone in need of an ENT specialist.

Not happy, saw doctor Castellano for about 7 mins for a routine exam as a new patient and got billed over 400 dollars. total joke. They billed for much more but this was what was allowed thru my insurance plan. make sure you don't have a deductible before you see this doctor. I am willing to pay something but that is just abuse.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment...I was seen by the doctor very close to the time of my scheduled appointment...he was very thorough and explained very carefully the procedure he was going to do and he guided me through the entire thing. I cannot say how glad I was that I had the good fortunate to be seen by Dr. Castellano and that he was able to put to rest some fears I had.
