Been about a year since I’ve seen him and at that point was being dissolved from Salter medical group grouphe told me to my face that his new office would be two blocks from my house and would be my doctor. just ended up in the hospital with the pulmonary embolism and upon discharge was told to report to him only to find out that he’s not gonna be my doctor anymore, and I have to go through the process of tracking down another one which took three months to begin withAmerican medical system is a bunch of BS

wait too long in patient waiting room, over 2 hours. Another time, waiting and waiting, building closed, custodial came in to clean room. There I sat...office closed.

He takes time with you and he is so experienced and listens and looks at you with eye Contact. You are never rushed. Always kind and compassionate.

Best Doctor in Nampa! Love Dr Crownson!! He takes time with you, listens to you, and treats you like a person!! Highly recommend him!!

This is my experience, other people have better experiences with this doctor. I found him to be very disinterested in finding the solution to the medical condition that I have. Instead of trying at least attempt to find out what is going on. He blamed it on another condition that two specialties told me that it is not a problem. I had my records transferred to him, so he had that information already. He did not give me a change to respond to what he said. When I brought up something else that I had, he was not interested at all. When I asked him to check it out, he did. But he was not interested. He told me what was going on, but it not do anything to treat it. He just walked away.

Great care and competent ability. He knows how to care for those complicated cases.

We've a hard time getting prescriptions refilled - he wants to see us every couple of months for standard maintenance meds I've been on for years! 1-2x/year should be sufficient, but maybe not as profitable for him. This has happened repeatedly, even after he says, yes, I'll send the refill. (Then doesn't). Also, one of us had a major health concern and two other drs were involved. We couldn't even get him to call us (OR the other doctors!) back. I liked him, but his follow through is sub-par!
