Pleasantly Surprised
Dr. Ruprecht was warm and welcoming. My son was so nervous and scared to go see another doctor. After she did a very thorough test, she explained everything in detail of what the next steps would be. She gave instructions on what to look for in the future & asked lots of questions. She was patient. A lot of doctors rush you away but this was different. I felt that she really cared. My family is happy.

Very disappointed when my wife arrived with our son and 2 year old only to be told that we were not allowed to have an additional child at the appointment. They cancelled the appointment that we were eager to have and made us reschedule for 3 weeks later. No one from the office communicated or notified us of this policy prior to our appointment and we had to drive over 30 miles one way for our visit.
