Dr. Behnaz Nonahal, DDS

I was given an appointment at 4:00 pm sat in a dental chair for more than an hour then they changed the time to 8:30 pm no work was done in my mouth and they changed again to 9:00 am the next day DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU HAVE 2 DAYS TO TRASH !!!

When I asked Dr. Nonahol a question about what is the plan for my teeth, Dr. Nonahol stated “I’m like a car salesman, I give all the goods and someone else will explain the finances.” Not someone I’d recommend. When she told me that I definitely got worried because my teeth are very valuable to me like a “Mercedes Benz” and I want the best services for my health because I love my smile. Relating dental work to a car salesman is not impressive, there should be care and personal touch when dealing with someone’s mouth. No one really likes the dentist just like they don’t like a car salesman but I don’t think the two are the same. Your health is your wealth.

Told to arrive a little early for a 3 pm appt. The dentist finally decides to see us just after 5pm. Really? 2.5 hours late?! Then she gave some excuse about it being a dental exchange and she was elsewhere. At this point my mom was super stressed. She asked for a sedative. It was declined which was fine. Then she says my mom has anxiety and refused to work on her after we waited (now almost 3 hours). No apologies for the wait, nothing. We liked this place until we met her on this visit. Go elsewhere! The rest of the staff was great.

Absolutely the worst dentist office! Drove all the way from Long Beach after calling and calling with no answer and chatting with bot on their homepage. I never received a call back like they said so I had no choice but to drive out there. Once I got there I waited a few minutes then went up to ask a question (good thing I did too) they refused to see me even though I had medi-cal and wanted me to pay $75 for the consultation and $300+ for an extraction because my old insurance was pulling up. This could have all been avoided if I had received my telephone call back like I was promised or even answered their phone when I called the 10x the day before. Do not go here unless your insurance reimburses you. Such a shame too, their office hours are great, but poor communication and customer service skills!

She is interested of getting money only, no care for the patients, they just lie on everything, high prices, less work. Waist of time. Avoid her.

Reza Tanha I saw Dr. Behnaz Nonahal as an Endodontist for a root canal on 08/07/2019! She worked on my teethe and look at my xray from my previous Dr. and she supposed to work on my number 15 and number 18 of my teethe!!! I was staying on the Table for 3 hours and she damaged my tongue and my left cheek !! all of them are damaged!!! I couldn't eat for 3 days including today!! I went to her office in the mooning and she was busy with another patient! but her assistant took a series of my left teethe again! and left the office!! I don't recommend her to any one !!!!

I live in Los Angeles and I would drive to Anaheim to see Behnaz Nonahal again. I love how she explains things and her top priority is to keep my teeth healthy
