She oversaw his care with professionalism holding her team.to high standards of excellence. She is an asset to PAM in Jupiter and her profession. Her compassion underscores the high standards.

Shell Game
Shell game with plan options as actually available or implied available. The PAM Center associates and specifically Dr. Bella Chokshi are unfortunately focused on creating complications- clearly to make more money vs the health welfare of the patients in their “care”.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Chokshi! As a medical professional myself I so appreciate the time and attention Dr Chokshi gave to both my father who was her patient and me in order to understand his care. She really cares, is brilliant and so thorough. Anyone would be lucky to be in her care!

Dr. Choksin is not a good doctor, poor communication skills, very unprofessional!!!! And they have her as Director of St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Center. The experience my son and I had with this doctor and her staff is unforgettable. She does not take care of her patients.... this rating is from a true unforgettable experience. She treated my son terrible. She is not a people person, she is not caring nor compassionate towards her patients, she hides behind her degree and tell her staff to do her dirty work. Would not recommend her to anyone. In order to post I had to pick a star.

Love Dr. Chokshi! So Kind and Informative! She always spent extra time with us answering questions, A Very KInd Soul - will recommend her to friends and family that need a PMR specialist.

Dr. Chokshi is the type of Dr. every family member hopes will be looking over their loved ones. She not only enables her patients to recover, she assesses a situation, takes notice of the situations' surrounding and thinks critically for an informed decision based on these environments. She encourages involvement of family and facilitates an aggressive rehab process, particularly with motivated patients.
