Awesome Doctor!!!! He really understands patients needs and issues and gives great advice as well as does a great job at joint replacement !!!!

Dr. Francisco is a Medical Rock Star! I saw him for carpal tunnel syndrome. I have been putting this procedure off for years because of my last experience with an out-of-town group on my other wrist. That experience included 2 round-trips (including follow-up visit) to their out-of-town facility, cost of a motel room and fuel, fasting, being at their facility a couple hours early for prep, anesthesia and a hangover effect from the anesthesia. My experience with Dr. Francisco was just the opposite in every regard; i.e., He performed the procedure in his Lander office at a SIGNIFICALLY LOWER COST than what a hospital or other surgical center would have been, with a local anesthetic to my wrist. no travel, no fasting, no hangover effect, and in/out of his office in just over an hour. Both his skill level and his bedside manner are absolutely TOP FLIGHT. Leaving Lander for any future orthopedic care that is available from Dr. Francisco is no longer a consideration for me.

Dr. Francisco is great with patients. He lets them know exactly what will happen with surgery (I had shoulder and bicep surgery) and what needs to happen after to ensure success. He was very comforting prior to surgery. I was confident in a successful outcome as a result. It is great to have a surgeon of his quality in Fremont County. Not having to travel distances for the procedure or follow up was great. Dr. Francisco and the staff at Fremont Orthopaedics provide exceptional services and I highly recommend anyone needing orthopaedic surgery to see them.

My son had a significant break on his forearm. The first ER doctor was not able to set his arm, so we were sent to Dr. Francisco. He immediately put me at ease. I trusted him to fix my son's arm and he did. He was professional, confident and helpful.

Dr. Francisco: I couldn't be happier with the results of my wife's knee operation which you performed three weeks ago. As you know we were quite concerned with the scope of the damage and the age of the patient. All went very well due to your knowledge, skill and the real concern you demonstrated throughout the procedure and aftercare of Frances. She is getting around better than she has in the last six years, with no pain but the healing fo the incision which is nearly complete. As you know she is an old country girl the knee had her really concerned she wouldn't be able to be out with her animals ever again. You fixed it. Thank You and God Bless you and your team.

Ruptured Bicep tendon

Dr. Francisco did a great job repairing the torn ligament in my thumb, It was very convenient to stay in Lander for my surgery and follow-up care.
