An unhappy, imperious soul who has never known a smile. Barked orders in my exam like a drill sargent. So I canceled my surgery and went elsewhere. At 70 I needn't be talked to like a child.

I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes and used Dr Hasty. The office staff are super nice and so helpful. The nurses and eye technicians are the sweetest and friendly staff ever. Also love Dr. BEYER. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed. All questions answered. Dr. Hasty is so friendly and takes the time to explain exactly what will take place during the procedure. I took advice from several friends who recommended Dr.Hasty , as they too had the same procedure having cataracts removed performed by Dr.Hasty. I received the deluxe lens implants and am so happy. Before cataracts I thought I could see great.....but Dr Hasty performed the procedure effortlessly and perfectly , no pain, no problems . I have never seen this good in my whole life. JOANNE MOSELEY

I had severe cataracts in both eyes. Dr Hasty was professional in his diagnosis and in his recommendations. He scheduled two surgeries at the optimal interval. The surgery itself was only 10 minutes long and was painless. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes, and I was able to have the requirement for eyeglasses removed from my driver's license. If you have any eyesight issues, see Dr Hasty. You'll be glad you did.

Dr Hasty is extremely knowledgeable, technically skilled, soft-spoken and answers all questions or concerns. He performed my lens implants. His staff is excellent and they leave no issues unanswered.

So this was first and certainly my last visit with Hasty. He was imperious, and arrogant and talked down to me as I were a child. He also scolded me for momentarily looking away from his cataract video, and snapped at me several times when I accidentally looked the wrong way through an instrument during his exam. Overall, he behaved like he I was an intrusion rather than a patient. A smile never crossed hi unhappy face. Oh, and I was also a bit uneasy about having a senior (who Hasty is) work on my eyes. I prefer doctors under 65. Eye surgery is not to be taken lightly! Also-I noted that another patient had the same experience with Hasty in this site, so beware.

Called Dr. Hasty's office for a second opinion. Good thing I did. As I suspected the first opinion was incorrect and Dr. Hasty explained how the cataract in my right eye was worse than in the left as I had previously been told (just as I suspected). I had new lenses replace my cataracts in both eyes and I'm extremely happy!! I wish everyone to know that Dr. Hasty and his staff will treat you much better than those "high priced" other businesses that have waiting rooms for 60 or more people and shuffle you from room to cold room. I chose tri-focal lens and no longer have to wear glasses. By the way, Dr. Hasty was less expensive than that other doctor also! May God Bless

Dr. Hasty performed my cateract surgery, as well as corrected my astigmatism surgically. I am very pleased with my results. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I understood the procedure and was comfortable about my decision. His office staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Hasty explained everything I asked him completely without making me feel like I was stupid. My first surgery I was fairly nervous, but he talked me through the whole thing. I would recommend Dr. Hasty and this surgery to anyone who needs it.

The entire experience was “Top Notch” from Dr. Hasty on down to his staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful. My fears were softened by everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this Dr. and staff to everyone in need of eye care!

All the office staff and Dr. Hasty were great. I can see so clear now that I've my my cataracts removed! I would recommend him and have to everyone I know!

Dr. Hasty removed cataracts from both eyes. The procedures were painless and very successful. He talked to me during both surgeries and told me step by step what he was doing. The staff in his office is friendly and well organized. The staff at the Surgery Center is the same. I have seen him for a number of years and will not hesitate to recommend him for eye care needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hasty for a couple of years. Dr. Hasty and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Last year he removed a cataract from my right eye and replaced it with a new lens. Recently, I had my left eye done and he placed a close up lens in that eye at my request, as I have been wearing monovision contacts for many years.
