Dr. Benjamin Abinales, MD

Since I started going to Dr Ben over 10 years ago he has been the most wonderful thing in my life. He had me get procedures done that no one ever offer me. He found problems in my health that I never found out till I was almost 40 years old, very dependable and very compassionate about your health let’s not forget about the nurse practitioner Natasha when I go see her I pretend like it’s my lunch date cause our conversation is so nice cause she’s compassionate as well. The front desk service kind of went down but might be hard to find good help today. Seems nobody wants to work so ignore that part. You’ll like them promise

He had been my primary for a few years and no one could be nicer, listens to my needs and responds quickly. I would recommend him to any adult needing an internal medicine physician.

It’s to much to really write. But DR BEN is one of the caring doctors I’ve ever met been a patient now 10yrs the staff our caring as well I feel like family every time I walk in. Listens to all/any concerns you may have. In the 1st year as a patient they helped me with a breast reduction helped so much with my low self esteem & more energy to be a mom. Also hated my weight helped me get tested to see how he could help ended up finding a spot on my thyroid In process needless to say within a month surgery scheduled was taking no chances ended up being benign???? But didn’t help with weight problem so he seen it was bothering me still & then husband of 23yrs left me thought I was going to die dr Ben told me over & over to call ANYTIME day night before I did anything irrational ?? he put me on a weight pill thought it was perfect time to work on me. Insurance refused to pay ex to him told me go across the street lol $10 ???? Depressed since COVID as I feel lost w/out them ????????

I’ve had several doctors in the area but none compare to Dr Abinales. He’s very knowledgeable in his field, explains everything to you, easy to talk to and his staff is wonderful. My significant other is a liver transplant patient with special needs for his condition. Dr Ben is outstanding in keeping him on the right track. We love Dr Ben and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an Internal Medicine Doctor. Quick appointments Not long waiting period Caring staff, efficient, very clean office

Dr Ben is very good but his terrible office manager will belittle patients and violate hopenly share her non-medical opinion about other patients medical conditions, violating hipaa with other patients.

Dr Abinales is the very best medical provider we have ever experienced. Dr. Ben is truly caring and attentive. He is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and easy to talk to. My wife, son, and I have had top priority attention no matter how minor or major the medical issue. We travel over an hour to his office, which is very professionally run by his staff including Nina, Emily, Stacy, and Valerie. Appointments, Prescriptions, and insurance claims are all handled timely and accurately.

Dr. Ben is very patient and takes great thought before just prescribing medication or requesting a procedure to be done. He has the best bedside manner and professionalism of any doctor I have ever met. He takes into consideration your insurance plan, your out of pocket cost, and comes up with the best plan of action.

Ben empowers you by educating you on your medical condition. He doesn't talk over you or pressure you, he states facts, provides you with knowledge and gives you the tools to make informed decisions with him. He does not act like he is there to tell you what to do & move on to the next patient, but looks into you as a person and your options and he works with you like you would with a loved one!

The frobt desk woman must throw away my refill requests. Shes the problem. Ended up in the hospital because of her. She hangs up on patients when im there. She ignores my refill requests and i call to make an appointment with the dr or speak to him and am told hes on vacation every time.

Been seeing Dr. Abinales JR. for about 5 years. In that time he has misdiagnosed me with cancer (was pancreatitus). Another physician prescribed type II diabetes meds (I am type I). Had I been less intelligent,I would've died.Not even an apology.During the time he thought I had cancer, my wife and I were left to sit in a room for 30 minutes while he discussed removing trees from his property He has openly expressed disdain for Medicaid patients. I'd say more but this site doesn't allow enough.
