Found Dr. Collen thru the UHC portal. Scheduling was a bit difficult since I was a new patient. The setup here is efficient because you have doctors across all sorts of different specialities in one building, so if you need to be referred or need labs most things are done in the same building. Check in process was also super efficient. While Dr. Collen, did take the time to listen to my concerns and order labs, that's about where the good part of the experience ended. I never heard back from Dr. Collen or anyone at this office about my labs. Trying to get ahold of anyone here takes forever. I can literally drive over to the office before someone answers the phone and I live quite a bit aways from here. Eventually I just paid for my own complete labs, since you can now do that thru Quest Labs and found a doctor thru a Telehealth app to explain what the labs were saying.

He was very non-judgemental, but also very good at informing me of side effects and seemed to take a whole, rounded approach to health, rather than just guve me a prescription and send me out the door. He seems to care a lot.
