Dr. Benjamin Constante, MD

This will be the only ER I will be going to for any future needed visits. The care I received here over the holidays was hands down the best I've ever experienced. From the Valet guys to the checkout employees and everyone in between. They were caring, attentive, professional and empathetic. They worked quickly to determine the care I required and explained everything they were doing along the way. I highly recommend Hospitality ER for any hospital visits you need to make.

Dr. Constantly and the entire Hospitality ER staff went above and beyond to treat my symptoms and find the correct diagnosis. Had I actually seen my Primary Care physician, I honestly believe I would have seen multiple specialists and probably taken weeks to get an accurate diagnosis. They did it all at Hospitality and I walked out with a complete diagnosis and treatment plan!

I will recommend Hospitality ER, Tyler Tx as being by for best in Tyler,Tx. On a grade of 1 to 10 I give them a 9.

I have been to this place so many times and every time without fail the people who work here are so kind, funny, and helpful. I really appreciate it because I can often feel anxious but their attitudes and mannerisms always put me at ease.

I would highly recommend the doctors and nurses at Hospitality ER, Tyler Texas. The staff is excellent it’s a great place to go if you want to get better and also live.

Let me start by saying that I hate ER I never had a good experience, but today I had no option I had to take my mom. And, OH MY GOD!! I seriously had no words I couldn’t believe I was at a ER, starting with the gentleman at the door that as soon as he saw me pull up he offered my mom a wheel chair(she really needed) the lady at the reception help us fill out the paperwork she just didn’t handed it to us. Also they have a super cute coffee bar and snack area(for free) and they offer to make you a coffee or bring you snacks as you wait. Once your in room they make you feel so so welcome, a massage therapist comes by your room and offers you a shoulder massage(my mom’s favorite part by the way) later they’ll come by with a giddier bag ?? and if you happen to stay the night a nurse will offer your visitor Pj’s and dinner, and just all day and night they’ll cater to you and go above and beyond. Loved Hopitality ER NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO BASIC ONES EVER AGAIN. ????

Had pain in my right side, didn't know why. Dr. Constante helped understand what was going on. Very patient and informative.
