Dr Cullen is incredible! Our 12 year old got a gnarly infected big toe from hangnail that went sideways and Dr Cullen all around was great to her! 5 stars each for beside manner, knowledge, and for the little surgery he had to do there. Would give more stars but but it seems 5 is the max. He made sure she was comfortable and happy from the moment she walked through the door and through the entire process.

Very attentive to my needs, took the time to explain everything include diagnosis, treatment options, and special recommendations after my procedure. Has a very kind, calm, and easygoing bedside manner, relates very well with patients and has excellent communication skills. Everything was exactly as described, explained well without any confusion. Entire medical office is also friendly and accommodating. Excellent Covid-19 precautions here in place at this office, plus they support social justice causes - like for example with everything that had been going on earlier this year back in May and June. Practice keeps abreast of everything going on, including latest developments and research in podiatrical treatment. Plus Ben Cullen is quite 'easy on the eyes' too... lol. All jokes aside, this is a very well operated medical practice with caring staff who are knowledgeable and highly skilled/qualified.

I’ve had heel pain for over 3.5 years. I’ve seen 9 different specialists, some regarded as NYC’s finest, and no one has been able to make the pain go away. I tried conservative treatments and, even still, no one wanted to operate because the MRI showed no signs of necessity. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have doctors tell you that you just need physical therapy or 6 more injections. It wasn’t until I found Dr. Cullen that I found someone who was going to actually help me. I didn’t even need pain meds post op! I barely have a scar and I’m comparatively pain free! For the first time in almost four years I can walk without someone asking me if I’m okay. He has been extremely accommodating, supportive, and invested. His optimistic outlook and confidence isn’t unwarranted. If you need doctor who will listen to you and is committed to helping you get out of pain and back to your life, Dr. Cullen is your guy. I can’t recommend or thank him enough. Stop your search and call.
