Wonderful doctor and staff
I have been meeting with Dr. Duckles for over 5 plus years. I have never had an issue with anyone at his office, the staff or Dr. Duckles himself. He is kind, compassionate, professional, and understanding. I am so fortunate to have him as a doctor who always has my best interest and looks out for me.

Mean, doctor
he did nothing absolutely nothing except insult me called me a liar told me the top surgeons were wrong. Refused to even look at me. I want my money back.

Awful doctor
He is only getting one star because it’s required. He absolutely does not deserve a single star. Dr. Duckles was the rudest most callous doctor I have ever met. He spent a total of about five minutes with me. Never once looked me in the face. He stayed at his computer and talked from there. He has absolutely no bedside manner.

Visit was not useful
12/19 was my appointment with the famous Dr Benjamin Duckles @ Virtua Pain and Spine Marlton. He offered no examination of my severe lower back/ hip pain, no comments on the bulge or scarring, no "Interventional Pain Medicine Specialists", no comments/ adjustments to my 3-page therapy exercise regime, no change in meds or responsibility for prescribing. After waiting 12 months for this appointment, he showed me the door in about 10-15 minutes. Report says, "No further follow up with me is necessary."
