Would highly recommend this Physician as he demonstrates a true concern for his patients as evidenced by his ability to listen at what the patient is saying which in turn makes his judgement on the diagnosis more accurate. This is only my opinion. However, you really have to grow to understand his bedside manner because he can send vibes of extreme firmness that can be mistaken for meanness. In which he is not.

The office ladies are, except the lab lady... great. The patients in the lobby leave much to be desired. He is not cleaning the office or practicing any type of distancing, which you would think would be a priority since the other doctor has Covid and has been out for 2 months. He never returns calls, they give them messages, he just doesn't care. You will SIT IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 hours because he isn't in a rush...the receptionist will tell you to go somewhere else if you give them attitude, but that is what the doctors tell them to do. It's not worth the visit unless your addicted to pain pills, and if thats the case you won't be reading this review anyway.

This is a disgusting office and one of the doctors has the Corona virus. Dr. Gayle is not very helpful in picking up his partners work load and his is not maintaining a level of cleanliness required during this time. I will not return.

Very professional both staff and doctor. Dr. Gayle is very attentive to you and your questions. My entire family are patients. I would highly recommend him. Best doctor I have been under for my medical and health needs. I will continue praying God's blessing for him, business and staff. Braxton Family.

His nursing staff act like they are better than every one else, they do not take their jobs or the patients seriously. If you call and request the doctor to speak with you, he doesn't get his messages. If you walk in they say well he's very busy and may not be able to see you, then they make you wait for 4 to 5 hours before they let you see him He needs to fire them all and have personel who actually want and need a job, and take the patients seriously.
