I was concerned because dr Gilmer was more concerned about my bipolar /multiple personality disorder daughter than my 15 month old grandbaby that I raise. Focus was taken off baby's wellness visit and given to the mother. As she screamed, cried, and held baby. I was very disappointed in dr Gilmer. Dr Gilmer was made aware me and husband (G'paw )have been raising baby for 8 months. But I was made the villain when her fake tears flew. She went months without even asking how baby was. I'm ??
