It's tough because the visit itself is good, but being able to get in via scheduling and wait time is terrible. I've about decided to switch providers but because I like the doctor I haven't just yet.

Do not make recommendations on physicians, however, would like my son to see Dr Jones because I feel he would like the Dr and the Dr would understand and treat my son the way he should be treated.
