Great prescriber!
I visited him a long time back he only discontinued my Topamax and I had to accept that till I left him because I was so mad at him for doing that to me! He did mean well to me, I was only meant to be prescribed 100mg in the morning and again 100mg at bedtime He also prescribed me 60mg of Ziprizadone I refused to take it so he dropped the dose back down to 40 mg in the morning and again 40 mg at night. Now I took that for too long now Abilify 10mg is what I want to try at the 10mg dose and nothing higher than that! I did take Abilify before at 15 then 30 and couldn't tolerate those doses, Dr. Julie Forrest was my then prescriber!
