Highest Quality Physician
Dr. Ose is a true professional of the mind. He helped me tremendously with lingering grief and anxiety. He brought back “the old me” and I learned a lot from him along the way. His techniques, particularly EMDR, were very effective. Very interesting to talk to because of his experience— the sessions were over before I knew it. I appreciate all he has done for me.

Excellent compassionate physician
Dr. Ose has helped me tremendously. I have been seeing him for 1 1/2 years. Previously, I had seen other mental health professionals for several years. He has helped me the most. Not only is he a therapist who can talk through issues with you, he can also prescribe medications and has other therapies including EMDR. Very few psychiatrists have that holistic approach to care. He is brilliant, compassionate, thoughtful, and kind! I highly recommend him!

Wise, patient, and Intuitive
Dr. Ose helped me in so many ways. First, by truly listening and realizing that something “wasn’t adding up” in regards to my symptoms. He encouraged me to seek an additional MRI from my neurologist which revealed that I had in fact suffered from two strokes. From there we were able to get down to the business of healing on many levels. After years of traditional therapy, EMDR, finally helped me to release past trauma and move on with my life. I am forever grateful to Dr. Ose and highly recommend him!

Miracle Worker
Dr Ose saved my life. I have dealt with mental health issues most of my life and thought depression and anxiety was just something I had to learn to live with. Previous visits to therapists were not at all helpful. Medication helped, but didn’t cure. With therapy, medication adjustments, and EMDR I am in complete remission.

He is a wonderful doctor. I began seeing him in 2010 and continued seeing him until he left his practice at Moore Regional First Health Behavioral Center a few years ago...it was logistically hard for me to drive to his new practice in Apex, but I am currently reconsidering that decision. I had trust issues with men because of my past trauma, but he was very easy to get to know and create a trust bond with. I have ADHD, PTSD, Mental/Physical/Sexual trauma, extreme Anxiety...among other issues. Dr. Ose was extremely helpful in identifying these issues and paving the way to recovery with proper medications and techniques. I have been seeing a psychiatrist in Moore county, but need a second opinion... I trust Dr. Ose.

Dr Ose is a very caring and capable psychiatrist. I highly recommend him! I have Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Dr Ose has been treating me with compassionate and effective treatment since 2013. He works well with my therapist and PCP making sure that everything is monitored. I can think of no better referral than to say that I trust this man with my life.

Is usually good, but can be cold. He also sometimes does not listen and makes assumptions which can cause hurt. Most of the time he is good and he does have compassion. But when he is cold it is frustrating and makes one feel worse.

Dr. Ose is professional, caring, and takes a holistic approach to psychiatric medicine. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years and despite my ups and downs he has been there for me every step of the way. I was hospitalized last year for the first time ever due to suicidal ideation and Dr. Ose called the inpatient psych daily to make sure there were no changes to my medications. If you are looking for a physician whom individualizes care and is accessible during crisis, Dr. Ose is amazing.

After building a relationship with my previous doc, he unexpectedly moved out of state. Talk about anxiety. Fortunately, I had a relative at Johns Hopkins, and his colleagues recommended Dr. Ose. Best decision ever. Dr. Ose is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He took the time to understand my history of depression and ADHD, we worked together to determine the proper meds and he's coached me on new ways to make decisions and be more productive. I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Ose is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. I have severe PTSD. I found Dr. Ose from looking for a doctor that could do EMDR. He could and voila! He is so intelligent and has insight that no psychiatrist before or after has had. I am thinking of moving back to NC to be under his care again. He helped me psychosis, hallucinations, really dark times. I would recommend to anyone.
