Dr. Benjamin Rossi, DO

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about Dr. Rossi, and I honestly don’t understand them. My experience has been the complete opposite. My parents have been his patients for over a decade, and after hearing how much they trusted and respected him, I became his patient in 2023. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Rossi is the first primary care physician I’ve had in years who really listens. He looks you in the eye, takes his time, and makes sure you feel heard and understood. He truly cares about your overall health and well-being — not just writing prescriptions or rushing through appointments. He’s thoughtful, kind, and not quick to push pills, which I really respect. He’s also very accessible and responsive, which is rare these days. Whether it’s a question or a concern, I know I can reach out and get a thoughtful answer quickly. Dr. Rossi has earned my full trust — and the trust of my family — through consistent, compassionate care. The low ratings don’t reflect the doctor I’ve come to know, and I highly recommend him. -- M. Unprofessional. Rude.

This doctor was on call for an after hours answering service to him. My situation was an an emergency. He told me if it wasn’t life or death. I shouldn’t be calling last time I checked life or death you call 911 not answering service for me it was an emergency. He proceeded to tell me I was the worst person he have ever encountered, proceeded to try to give me a speech instead of address my concerns I would never recommend this doctor to anyone very unprofessional and rude.

I've seen Dr. Rossi for several years. Each appointment, he takes the time to explain what test results mean, what I should be thinking about to improve my health, and he does it in a caring a compassionate way.

It was in the hospital after an emergency surgery. I was there for 5 days. I had no idea that I had cirrhosis of the liver. He cane into my room to I am assuming follow up and basically yelled at me saying how could you let us do surgery on you, you better hope this surgery heals, you need to lose weight, change your lifestyle, etc. I was in tears when I told him I had no idea. He left. I cried for hours & my roommate said everything will be ok. How dare you do that after surgery & accuse me of knowing something I did not.

Always thorough, a good doctor, I have placed complete trust in him and his staff.

Dr. Rossi really took the time to listen to my concerns and together we came up with a plan to help me start feeling better. The entire office staff was wonderful!

Dr. Rossi is the most compassionate doctor I have ever been to. His bedside manor and willingness to listen to the patients concerns go above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Rossi on my first encounter acted in an unprofessional manner. I have referred it to the Beaumont Executive.
