Dangerous failure to fill doctor’s requirementsl
I would like to modify my criticism of Dr. Smith’s nurse. Evidently CritiCare has made filling my order from the doctor and her difficult. Nevertheless, a patient should not fear suffocating because providers fight over insurance requirements. I will have them.. Meanwhile I will pay for necessary oxygen. Four reasonably intelligent people from two states are running to please the medical establishment. Did someone lacking my family and persistence die already? More than one? If this doesn’t improve, we are comfortable making matters public. I think I will because I’m worried about the people lacking education and family.Margaret Arnold, Ph.D, University of Kansas retiree.

Dismissive and uncompassionate
Dr. Smith and his team have felt dismissive and judgemental. They are not particularly responsive. My past several interactions have felt contemptuous. I've left each one of them feeling some combination of humiliated, irritated, and hopeless. Dr. Smith makes me want to hide from any interaction with the medical community. I regret asking for help.

Best Doctor!
I have never been a big fan of doctors, however, I wanted to take my health more seriously. I established with Dr. Ben and have been extremely pleased with his care. He carefully listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly. If I have any daunting questions, he is always open to hearing me out. He has great bedside manner that makes me feel at ease.

Disappointed diabetic
My husband and I had been patients of Dr. Smith for several years and been reasonably satisfied. Lately he seemed les involved. Most recently I had been very concerned about my diabetes. I had stressed my concern with his nurse and she said that he would want to review my glucose results. But he didn't talk about them, change my medications, or do anything else--and his clinical notes just said that my blood sugars were up. Right. I changed doctors and have been very pleased.
