Doctor no show. Only one receptionist is assigned to Doctor Benjamin Uh and she wasn't there either. My appointment was at 9:30 am, receptionist arrives 9:41am and has no idea when the doctor is coming in, she let me know I can wait in the waiting room. All other staff is not associated therefore no one else can assist with getting paperwork started while you wait. I decided to go home and make another appt with a different doctor. Do not book this doctor nor this location, you will waste you time. They also charge $50 for late/no show patients. This was communicated to me via text automatically after making the appt.

Excellent doctor and surgeon.
DrUh has been taken care of me for many years I've had many surgeries with him and never any problems he takes his time explaining all the treatments and outcomes never a problem scheduling appointments office staff is very helpful especially Ann marie they always return my calls you may have to wait a while to be seen by the doctor in the office but that's because he takes plenty of time to explain your condition I would never use anybody else but Dr uh wonderful doctor

Wonderful Dr & Office!
I was very impressed! I broke my foot and was in the ER last night. I called Dr Uhs office to schedule a consult for possible surgery. From the minute I spoke with the women at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. She was kind and helpful and scheduled me an apt for the same day! When I arrived paperwork was fast and easy. Everyone was so friendly, the radiology tech was a sweetheart- he was gentle and helped make the whole process pleasant. Dr Uh spent so much time with me, explaining different options - surgical and non-surgical. I went with the hard cast option…I could not believe it, they set it up and did it for me on the spot! He didn’t rush, took his time and did a beautiful job. Thank you to Dr Uh and his wonderful staff!!!

I had to go for a followup apt because after 4 months I am still in pain. I got there 30 min early and there were a few people in front of me and maybe 8 after me. After waiting over 2 hours and i saw everyone one else leave i went to the desk and asked when i was going to see him. She said maybe 20 min. I said why did everyone go ahead of me. I was so upset that I told her I was leaving. So why didnt someone come to me and just tell me to come back in 2 hrs. And the people working there were laughing. I assume they just skipped right over my name. Now I have to find someone else and start all over.

Very troubling experience with Dr. Uh's office (Long Beach). My son and I both had some pretty serious conditions and Dr. Uh was fine in his appt with us. But my scrip didn't get to the pharmacist till 10 days later! The referral for our MRIs took 10 days too. And only got done because I complained strongly. They sent a referral for only one of my son's two bad knees and so I had to reschedule. I left a message for the Dr that both of us were getting worse. No response to this day.

I've met fee other doctors with regards to my knee and back pain.. Dr Uh is the only one who was able to pin point and explain in detail. He takes time and explains well.. I've never seen him rush on me .. I've visited him several times now.. he is calm, kind and really good..
