If you are at all concerned about being infected with COVID-19, stay away from Dr. Willard. He refused to wear a mask that would even get close to covering his nose or mouth and when I asked him to, went into a rant against the COVID-19 vaccines citing invented sources. When I made it clear that this was unacceptable, he immediately said he would transfer me to a different doctor. I used to see Dr. Willard 4 years ago and he was wonderful then, but not sure why he is so jaded and cruel now.

I've been seeing Dr. Willard for over 10 years. I have several serious orthopedic issues plus severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and Bursitis. If it weren't for Dr. Willard, I wouldn't have any quality of life. It's only with the treatments he has designed for me and the medications so carefully prescribed, that I am able to do even some fun things. He is extremely intelligent and totally driven to find some answers for his patients. He is one of few doctors who always tells me the straight truth about whether there is a treatment of not. His staff are simply the best, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. I am so grateful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Randi at the front desk. Kim and Katlyn in recovery. I was especially grateful to Rebecca who went above and beyond to coordinate my insurance authorization. Dr. Willard is always reassuring and very experienced.

I've been seeing Dr. Willard for some time now. After getting to know him and his "bedside manner" he is someone I would recommend and trust to approach any kind of pain issue you may have. I don't know if I ever deal with all of his staff, but the ones I do are extremely helpful, kind and most pleasant to deal with for my appointments. Two in particular are Kelly, who is somewhat behind the scenes, but has gone above and beyond to rectify any and all issues I have encountered over the years and of course Rebecca who gets me prepped and ready for my treatment; two great girls to have on his team!

I had a 10:00 appointment with Dr.Willard for a injection.I got there early like they want.I got called back to the exam room on time.40 minutes later Dr.Willard comes in.I would've been there another hour to have the injection done.I don't know if it's a scheduling problem or what but waiting so long to see the doctor on top of a procedure still needing to be done is uncalled for!

Dr. Willard's wide range of medical knowledge and expertise are what drew me to his practice. Not only do I recommend his practice, many of my friends with chronic pain issues also sing his praises. Dr. Willard has made my old broken down back more tolerable and is a great alternative to jumping into surgery.
