Still impressed!
This was my second experience with Dr Ong Hai. I seem to have inherited most of my mom’ conditions. Unfortunately ,mine kicked in 23 years earlier than hers. So, several years ago I brought her to see Dr Ong Hai to test for the possibility of carpal tunnel syndrome. My own appointment started with my running in anxious and embarrassed because due to an unexpected event,I was late. Dr Ong Hai and his lovely, empathic staff put me at ease immediately . As he did at the time of my mom‘s appointment, Dr Ong Hai was professional but warm, personable and informative. Both times, he replied to questions regarding the test results and explained them as thoroughly as I needed him to. He indicated that his report for the referring MD would be prepared by the end of the day. He also explained at my request, the implications of surgery and indicated that despite my condition, not having sought testing earlier, did not do as much damage as I feared. I left comforted, hopeful and grateful.

I relocated to area & needed a local doctor for back pain . Most doctors I called were not accepting new patients , so I ended up with Ong hai . I brought past med .records & MRI discs . After a brief exam , RX MRI . I had the MRI and 2 days later my request for appointment to follow up , was denied . I was told the doctor would call and discuss test results . Not hearing from him I left many messages on his answering machine . It is now 12 days since MRI and No response from Dr. Ong Hai
