Dr. Hanna performed my gastric sleeve. He is very kind, patient, and he has a great bedside manner. He takes time to answer all of your questions. I look forward to seeing him for my post op appointments! I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Hanna if you are considering any kind of bariatric surgery. Also, his staff is very friendly!!

Beware of This Office's Shady PracticesI am extremely disappointed with the way this office handles patient deposits and customer service. I was scheduled for surgery and came in two weeks prior to sign the required paperwork, which included a policy stating cancellations must be made within a month to get a refund. The very next day, my insurance denied coverage, and I found out I would need to pay $12,000 out of pocket for the procedure. I immediately called the office to cancel the surgery, thinking the timing and circumstances would be understood.Despite the fact that this was less than 24 hours after learning about the insurance denial and well before the surgery date, the office refused to return my deposit. I still had my lap band removal done on the scheduled day but couldn’t proceed with the sleeve surgery due to the financial burden.The lack of flexibility and empathy from this office is appalling. They are quick to take your money but unwilling to work with you in good

Last year I could not walk very well I used a cane to get around and it was very hard to walk and I would use my electric wheel chair to walk my dog. It was very hard to live my life. I had the Weight Loss Surgery on January 15th of this year and I've lost 142 lbs so far and I'm able to walk now and I'm even walking my dog. My life is so much better and I owe it all to Dr. Hanna and his staff.

The doctor is great but the staff is not.

Doctor hana is the best. He explains everything and is so easy to talk to great bedside manner.

My wife had the surgery a year ago and it was great to wait start coming off she lost 100 pounds but after the surgery we have not seen the doctor since if you owe a few bucks they would not see you you can blame that on the Office manager Carmen

Dr. Hanna performed my bariatric surgery and is incredibly competent and personable, BUT...only as long as you are pouring money into his practice...One post surgery office visit. NO followup even after complications (taken care of by someone else). ONLY post surgery was with the nutritionist in a group setting. NO POST SURGERY FOLLOWUP OR AFTERCARE! DISAPPOINTING in that regard. He has no idea how much or IF I am losing any weight. Seems like a money generated practice. Office staff BAD!

I went to Dr Hanna for a colectomy and was a bit nervous prior to the procedure. He assured me they would take good care of me, was detailed in explaining the procedure and what to expect after. It's easy to talk to him and more important, he listens. Highly recommend him as a surgeon!

I had my gastric bypass with doctor Hanna.the office visits are really smoths and no long waiting, all professional and friendly, every time that I called with a question I got the answer right away, Dr Hanna is really nice and provides the explanation of medical conditions. I'm really Thankfull to Dr Thomas Parisi to referring him to me. I will recommend him to my friends and families. Thank you Dr Hanna and office staff.
