My name is Jonathan Kelly and I am a very happy and satisfied patient of Dr. Bertha Baum. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about the wonderful doctor she is. Since my first visit to her office in Hallandale Beach I have felt totally at ease with my skin issues. Dr. Baum is a very kind professional, who is obviously passionate about her job as well as helping people. She is also joyful, kind, and helpful to me and other customers I see. She has explained in detail every aspect of my care. She has even offered additional advice and direction which has helped my overall quality of life.Most recently she resolved a skin issue on my chest that other dermatologists were not able to. Her approach was masterful and very thorough as she tried a variety of approaches. She is obviously an asset to your practice, and I have spread the word to my family and friends about her excellent care.

Rude...Had an 11:40 appt today, Sept. 3. At 12:15 the receptionist advised rooms were being sanitized and another woman in the waiting room would be next, then me...at 12:30 neither of us had been called so I walked out. I was there to consult about a $2500 face procedure, a cyst, and to purchase Latisse. Easily a $3000 day. This is poor planning and confirms just how valued I am.

Dr Baum is amazing! She’s kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable! I’ve been seeing her for years for many skin issues and cosmetic treatments and I feel really grateful for having found her because I saw many dermatologists before her and no one of them gave me the attention and the solutions I needed.

I have been going to Dr. Baum for skin check- ups and cosmetic injections for several years now. She is very professional and knowledgeable . She is also a friendly and caring person. I wish that I could see her for all my medical needs. I also love going to the Hallandale office . Usually the wait time is very short.Dr. Baum’s assistant,Annanta is great too!

Went for a dermatological check up, something I do periodically. Loved Dr. Baum. She was very thorough and attentive, and did feel her reliability and competence.
