Very professional staff making visit a breeze .Dr.Zamora Listened to my health concerns took notes , scanned my test records . Complete physical exam and bloodwork in a short period of time. Can’t find a more caring physician. Highly recommend Dr. Zamora and the staff

The staff is unprofessional and not helpful. I love Dr. Zamora but Insurance work is very important and this staff does approach it in the best interest of the client. I have written a letter explaining it all to Dr. Zamora I hope the office gives it to him and that I hear form him.

English/Español The staff is sooo rude! Please stay away from them. I was a patient of Dr. Zamora for 6 years and I never thought I would get treated the way I did. I had scheduled an apt to get a blood test at 8am, keep in mind I am an established patient, and when I get there, I was told that they had ran out of those tests. I never received a my chart message, no phone call, nothing. So I had traveled all the way to their office just to be turned away… I asked the receptionist to have her office manager call me to discuss, and no call. Nothing. Again. I sent a message to let them know I was unhappy with their services only to find out the next day, my account was deactivated. I called the office and the lady who answered me was not just rude, but she told me I should’ve included I wanted a call back to discuss. I’m sorry, what? Dr. Zamora has been my PCP since early 2000 or latter 90's. Not quite sure. As you can see, it's been a long time. From the time he became my doc, I knew that this would be a longstanding doctor/patient relationship. Great bedside manner, attentive to his patients, a people person. So professional. He listens to his patients as they talk, and as he talks, the patients listen attentively. Friendly staff. Nice office. He gets a 10!

Dr. Zamora has become our primary care doctor. I highly recommend coming to him. He listens to his patients and spends time explaining options for treatment. Plus his office is great too - we never have to wait (well, maybe 5 or 10 minutes).

The office was in preparation to relocate from the old St Paul office building to Irving. Dr Zamora greeted me with a firm handshake and friendly smile. My routine physical and eval included several stops at different areas of the office and I found all of the staff to be very kind, attentive and efficient. Dr Zamora provided me with a synopsis of the results available at that time and then performed the routine lung auscultation and manual abdominal exam. I am glad I chose Dr Zamora for my PCP!
