DR BETH AS I CALL HER, IT'S EASY TO TALK TO, SHE ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS, ALWAYS ON TIME, THE STAFF IS GREAT & FRIENDLY, NICE & SPACIOUS OFFICE, BUT MOST OF ALL YOU WILL REALLY ENJOY DR BETH, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A VERY GOOD PCP IN AVENTURA, SHE'S THE ONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

This office will drop you from their office as a patient like a hot potato. No loyalty to longtime patients. Their patient relations skills at the front desk and office manager leave a lot to be desired. They love to talk over you and can be argumentative.

I have been going to Dr Braver for over 30 years! She is knowledgeable and most of all caring, I wouldn't have any other doctor for my primary doctor.

I have been going to Dr Braver"s for over 18 years. She is a very caring and knowgeable doctor. Whenever I have a question she knows the answer or will find the answer.

We did not realize how bad Dr. Beth Braver, her office and her staff were until we went to another primary care physician. After being a patient of Dr. BRAVER’s for over 10 years my husband had a bad reaction to newly prescribed medication. She refused to pick up the phone. Out of desperation he went to the office. He saw her from the reception window and she refused to see him. He was told it would be 3 weeks. I was a patient of Dr. Haberland for many years. I called to make an appointment and was told she no longer worked there. No email, no notice. Why wouldn’t an office notify a patient. Dr. Beth BRAVER’s office is dysfunctional at best! Dr. Braver and staff go through the motions with no feeling or compassion for their patients. They act like they are doing you a favor. They are rude and not helpful. Most of the time they don’t even answer the phone. Dr. Braver sets the poor standard and her staff follow right along.

Great doctor, perfect bedside manner and honest concern.

Their office is completely in disrepair. They also have a dog running around in the patient treatment area. Board of Health should be advised. The waiting area for the physicians is filled with advertisements for cosmetic enhancements. This area has paint peeling off the front door. Chairs with old cracked upholstery, sloppy sofas with old worn leather (can't imagine any of this has been sanitized due to Covid). I'm shocked that a doctor's office looks like this. I would hesitate to enter a food store, hairdresser or any other place that looks like this. Not a clean environment for a physician.

Extremely difficult to speak to provider. Spent most of day on phone attempting to get through only to listen to background music. When I finally reached office staff, to discuss my mother in law’s health issues, conversation was rushed and I had to repeat myself frequently
