For someone who works in pediatrics, she was particularly rude. It's not easy to ask questions. You kind of end up feeling stupid for even asking. She's neither comforting when you raise concerns about your baby, nor does she lend her expertise to provide solutions. This isn't the ideal, or even an acceptable, situation for first time parents.
