Went to this clinic a few times. The people that work there are very unprofessional. The office is plain and definitely needs some work. For the 5 minutes that I was seen my insurance was charged over $1200 and they didn’t even touch me. I tried on several occasions to reach out about the bill and never got an answer back. The doctor that I was initially seeing left and I wasn’t even told until I arrived for my appointment and that is where I saw a nurse practitioner who talked to me for 3 minutes and charged my insurance over $1200. I tried over a couple of weeks to get clarity of the bill. Just got ignored. I am going to another practice and I will never recommend this practice to anyone. So unprofessional.

I have been to this office five times and have managed to see the doctor once for about 10 minutes. I had to go there for pain management. No blood work taken no x-rays taken only urine test done by a lab who shockingly has just as bad a review as this doctor. And in case you're interested the lab is in New York.

Dr. Winke, has not been accessible to my messages. I have been requesting to see or talk to her for over 2years,I am only seen be her assistant. Now the office called for an in person visit, however my medication will run out before I see her, office refused to let get my prescription refilled till I see Dr. WINKE. I PRAY I DO NOT GO THROUGH A WITHDRAWAL, Imay have to go to an emergency room to get meds to hold till I finally get an in person visit and get a refill. Communication is none existent with medical staff.

After seeing Dr. Winke or her PA’s for months and after stringently following my pain medications prescribed dosages and frequencies; they decided to talk to me today like I was a druggie. Since “you broke your pain management contract and you were self medicating” we are going to have to switch your medicine. I ran out of my medicine 3 days early of my 30 day supply. I told them I refused to be in severe pain. No doctor should treat or speak to their patients in that manner! I would never use them if I were you! Their front desk is hard to reach via phone at times. They refuse to allow you to refill pain medications even 1 day early which gives you zero flexibility! I have been skipped over in appointment line. They saw me today 40 minutes past my appointment time. They didn’t offer a bridge prescription knowing I was in pain and without medication. I didn’t curse today and I didn’t yell. I did raise my voice because you don’t treat people that way! Choose a different doctor!

Dr. Winkie's office sends your labs to whatever lab they want instead of sending it to a participating lab. I guess since the office administrator will not return my calls to correct this issue I will have to seek legal help. My husband is not responsible for almost $900 because the office staff messed up!!

Its not difficult to find another pain specialist. File a complaint with the board of health, request your medical records and just be honest with the other pain specialist. The entire practice is nothing but low class hicks which is why they are working for a doctor who has already had a disciplinary action on her license. I didn't have a hard time finding another doctor.

They have really bad reviews. You would think this would be important to Dr Winke if she was a caring Dr. Front desk is horrible. What other people are saying is true. Not a great experience. I would think hard and long before going there.

I am confised about the negative comments up here. Not only is her staff helpful and friendly, but Ive found Dr Winke to be both caring and receptive. She reviews your health history very thoroughly before your appointment in order to make sure she is addressing all concerns. I also like her P.A, Kiersten, who I saw today. I was impressed with her knowledge of my health history as she too had thoroughly reviewed my chart prior to my appointment...She is a fair & caring Dr! Glad I found her!

I was a patient for more than 5 years and I always abided by there contract rules. The clinical staff was friendly but the front office girl was not friendly at all! She always had attitude & there is no need for attitude! When I finally complained about the front office then 2 months later I was dropped with NO EXPLANATION! In regards, to managing pain they lack the skills to manage effective communication!! Stay Away from this practice!

This office is the worse I have ever been to. I know several people they have discharged for no reasons at all just to go thru withdrawals. The staff have no bed side manners and I decided that I would change doctors. Not to mention the wait times and the front desk staff are rude. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. I would truly reconsider going to this doctor so you aren't treated the way I and others have been treated.

BEWARE!! No compassion. I know of four patients who were discharged for no credible reasons, only to go through withdrawals on their own. Once discharged, very difficult to find a pain management doctor. There are ethical doctors who will ween you off of narcotics.

Dr. Winke insisted I stop taking hydromorphone, as needed, and switch to a fentanyl patch, a 72 hour extended release narcotic. I had been taking hydromorphone for two years and six months. I knew what to expect, how long it would last, and when to take it. AS NEEDED! I could go several days without the meds if Never mind. They purposefully do not leave enough characters to state why. DONT GO! ASK OTHER PATIENTS HOW SHE TREATED THEM. ask on Facebook or craigslist. Does more harm than good.
