No way to schedule an appointment
I’ve been a patient over 7 years. I followed dr. Kendis when she moved the practice. I’m looking for a new doc this week. I’ve called three times for an appointment to no avail. No one answers the phone, no one returns the call. I hope the dr. realizes the lack of competent office staff effects her client base.

Office will break your practice
Office moved and it is not easy to get out due to busy street. Office building is not handicap accessible. Took 4 months to get information sent over to my surgeons' office despite many outreach attempts and drop ins- this caused a delay in my surgery. Can never get anyone when call-only voice-mail to leave messages. Surgeon also called office and they reported was not ever able to get in contact with my pcp. Used to have same day sick appt openings yet if can't talk to anyone when you call can never get approved. Nurse was not friendly. 1st time In new office and when she called me back, I entered hallway and waited not knowing where to go and she just pointed to a room without even saying anything. Does not have online portal and still do everything by paper and pen-so no way to see test results, summary of visit, nothing. Always spend atleast 1.5 hours there with most time waiting to be seen. Office has changed
I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I’m generally healthy so only see them every 1-2 years. The office has gone downhill. Front office staff rude and condescending on 2 different dates (was told by front office “honey you just need to tough it out like everyone else”(about COVID). I actually have not seen dr Kendis in years usually see nurse practitioners which was fine. They have become mediocre. I was seen by telemedicine for COVID and during visit asked for Robitussin w codeine.I was made to feel like an addict asking for heroine. I never take drugs. I am a nurse. They know this. I will be searching for new physician.

My family and I have gone to this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Kendis is the only reason We have stuck around. Unfortunately, feel it is time to select a new practice. Had appt-seen Dr. Kendis for 20 min and sat in exam room before/after for a total of 1hr 40 min. The office had over billed me and never notified me. I found out the following year when I was told I had a credit on my account. Would of liked to have had option to have this returned to me or left on account. Now they want a bank or credit card on file for everyone to automatically withdraw the amount for your visit. I declined this as I have never not paid what was owed and didn’t want my account numbers on file for any worker to have access too. They still have not switched to electronic documentation so there is no access for a patient to view their records. Often times when calling office, you get a message that their phone line is busy and disconnects call.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kendis for more than 15 years. In that time I have always found her to be sincerely interested in what was best for my health and interested in my family's health. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Kendis and while she may not always agree with my decisions if I elect not to have a recommended test or elect not to take a recommended medicine, she accepts that the ultimate decisions regarding my health are mine to make.

All 4 of my family have been patients of Dr Kendis for 14 years. Not once did we consider going to anyone else. Dr Kendis saved my life by seeing what another doctor missed. I had the flu on and off for a couple weeks. I went to stat care because I didn't want to wait for an afternoon appt. I was misdiagnosed. 5 days later I saw Dr K for my daughters ear infections. She looked at me and said "You're next. You look very pale." She ordered bloodwork and it turned up I had leukemia. Thank God!
