After I checked in & provided the urine specimen that was requested, they informed me that no longer take new AETNA patients. This was after waiting over a month for my appointment and being rescheduled twice. All 3 appointment times required my husband to stay home from work for child care. Unethical to take a specimen with no intention of seeing the patient. Also incredibly inconsiderate to waste my time. In retrospect, it’s probably better that I don’t trust my healthcare to an office like this. Too bad because I heard nice things about Dr. Delaney but she can’t deliver good care with problems like this.

I have had a good experience with Dr. Dulaney overall. She was my doctor during the pregnancy and delivery of my second child. However her office staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was up there twice a week towards the end of my pregnancy so I had many encounters with the two women working behind the front desk. They would rarely ever acknowledge me when I arrived and tried to check in. They made me feel very unwelcome and inferior every time I was there. I’m a nurse so I know how you should treat patients and they stray so very far from the minimum standard. Dr. Dulaney, you need to keep Laura and clean everyone else out.

Dr. Dulaney was amazing for my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter. Her office staff is also friendly and competent. Dr. Dulaney was very caring, and asked a lot of questions. I felt like she really understood my medical history and my concerns. She didn't pressure me for a C-section, even after a long labor. I really appreciate her working with me to have the natural delivery I wanted. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Dulaney was referred to me by a coworker when I started asking around for a new OB/GYN. Multiple coworkers referred to her as the Baby Whisper as she helped older women successfully conceive. My personal dealings with Dr. Dulaney are positive. She is compassionate and caring doctor. You don't feel like another number in her office and the staff have a great sense of humor. Overall, this is a great place for women of every stage. My daughter will see Dr. Dulaney when she comes of age.

Her staff is not very helpful or friendly, can often be rude. They aren't thorough in explaining processes nor do they seem to follow up. Multiple times I've had test done outside of their clinic. Never to they follow up to make sure results are sent over or get back to me regarding the results. It takes multiple phone calls and several weeks to make progress with that stuff. Very frustrating and seem unprofessional and unorganized being the "ordering doctor/clinic" for those tests.

Dr. Dulaney is second to none in Memphis. She is without a doubt the most courteous, kind, and concerned OBGYN in TN. If you have a longer than 15 minute wait in the waiting room, its more than likely that she is extended a listening ear to a patient, which is what you would want for yourself. I've heard that her deliveries are as close to flawless as humanly possible, and she is utterly accommodating for natural delivered. Nothing but good things to say about her.

This doctor does not listen to her patients. Her bedside manner is the worst. Throughout my entire pregnancy(5 months) Dr. Dulaney never checked my cervix. The only thing she did check was my baby's heartbeat....needless to say I lost my baby at 5 months. Stay away from this doctor!!! She should be a veterinarian instead of an Obstetrician Gynecologist. Please do not use her!!!!!!!!
