My family attended appointments with my elderly mother who saw Dr. Bat for serious health concerns. My mother has been reluctant to accept medical treatment, but Dr. Bat listened to her concerns and fears, established trust with her, explained the choices carefully, and my mother finally accepted one of the choices.We are hopeful that my mother's quality of life will improve.

I transferred from a Well Med facility in Austin. She was very familiar with my file and i felt i had her attention the entire visit. She made me feel very comfortable our first visit.
