No attention to details, missed 2 ailments
Brought my son in to see her at the urgent care center, he had obvious pink eye, without looking into his eyes, she said its not pink eye and to just wipe the discharge away with a wet cloth. Saw our primary care doctor a couple days later who said its obvious pink and prescribed medication to treat it. Additionally, he had an obvious ear infection, with all the signs of an ear infection, and she said his ears were fine. Again, a couple days later our primary care doctor saw him who said its definitely an ear infection.

Doctor didn’t even look at my throat. Still in a lot of pain. Would not prescribe anything. Ended up in the ER

Poor bedside manner. Didn’t physically examine or even look at area of pain. Only seemed to care about test results and not the patient’s symptoms, recent history, or concerns. Will not go back.
