Dr. Bhavani Ketheeswaran, MD

Staff is absolutely terrible. The doctor is good, but you will hate dealing with staff. They are completely unresponsive. A very frustrating experience.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office. I tried calling multiple times over the course of two weeks to get time sensitive paper work corrected and it was never fixed and my calls were never returned. The front desk lady is unbelievable rude and unhelpful. She listens to patient voicemails on speaker phone and complains about the patients with staff in the back. The medical assistant Mike is also unbelievably rude and unprofessional. This doctors office needs a new staff. I could go and on and on about how terrible of an experience I've had everytime I've visited. Do yourself a favor and steal clear of this doctor office.

I've been with Dr. Ketheeswaran for a few years now and I am pleased with having her as my primary care practitioner. I find she's not a pill pusher, is attentive, compassionate and will more often than not, allow for corrective dietary changes first before moving on to the medication side of things. (Now, my own health is fair and my numbers don't show extremes so my experience may not be the same for all.) In any event, I would not stick with her if I were not satisfied with her manner and approach to medical practice. The only critique I would have is for the office management. Prior to Covid, I felt this aspect needed fixing. Now, it has gotten a bit better.

From the first visit Dr. Ketheeswaran was attentive, and down to earth. Very knowledgeable. She took as much time as needed and made me feel comfortable when visiting her.

I have been her patient for near 15 years. She is a very good, kind , caring doctor. She is smart, not a pill pusher, and makes time for every patient. She listens and really really cares. I honestly love her as a doctor and a kind person . I can depend on her. She is truly a great family doctor....!!

Poor all the way around. Tried giving it six months but they need a whole new staff. Horrendous office and staff.

Dr. Kehteeswaran Bhavani is a wonderful and caring doctor. I have the patient of at least 6 internal medicine doctors in the last 10 years and she is the only one who actually seems concerned with my medical problems. Instead of trying to blame me for all my illnesses she actually tries to help me. Thank You Dr. Bhavani.
