Dr. Bianca Alfonso, MD

Today I have the telephone visit with Morgan Richburg and was very unprofessional I never see the face only the wall and she have another person and she only projecting the hand in the screen.Completely unprofessional visit and experienced, and never call me back for the next appointment.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Alfonso was disappointing. Despite being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, I found that the doctor lacked the knowledge or guidance to effectively manage my condition. Her approach felt inadequate, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about my health journey. This dismissive attitude left me feeling invalidated and unsupported. It's crucial for doctors to listen to their patients and provide compassionate care, especially for chronic conditions like Hashimoto's disease. I hope Dr. Alfonso reevaluates her approach to patient care.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Alfonso. She spent so much time with me explaining my condition and how she intended to treat it. Every question I had was fully explained and I felt so great leaving her office. I can't say enough about her "bedside manner" and professionalism.

Dr. Alfonso pays attention to all the small details and does a follow up.

I can not say thank you enough to Dr. Bianca Alfonso, as she saved my life. She is as caring and nuturing, as she is skilled. Upon my first visit she recommended a scan for tiny lump on my throat. I had no pain or simptons. She scheduled a scan with Dr. Lara Paraskos. Dr Paraskos suggested biopsy. Results: Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC). Dr Alfonso immediately called Dr Civentos UM for surgery.The office staff is kind, professional and appts kept. Dr. Biana Alfonso is a wonderful Human Being.

I took my wife for treatment of her osteoporosis. We were seen in less than ten minutes Dr Alfonso spent a long time Getting my wife’s history and I line my wife ask many questions. She is very knowledgeable professional and sweet. I would highly recommend her

I’m a doc myself and have dealt with many others both professionally and personally and Dr. Alfonso is by far the most approachable and down to earth doc I’ve ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable easy to explain and patient. Puts you at ease. You leave knowing she paid attention to you and your concerns and addressed them all. No rushing plenty of time spent. 5 out of 5 for sure.

Dr. Alfonso is one of the sweetest persons I have ever met. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Her office staff is helpful and proactive plus always willing to help. So far I have never had a bad experience with her or her office. Dr. Alfonse takes her time to talk to you and explain things in a very appropriate way, and for simple lab results she contacts me via email or phone and avoids me a trip to her office. I had a 1pm appointment, after 2 1/2 hours of waiting a was taken in. Dr. was nice enough but not overly so. They drew my blood at the office and sent to the lab. I never received a call back for my result. I called and left 2 messages no response, after my 5th attempt finally I spoke with someone, by this time I had run out of my Rx. I was informed the my labs test were lost, that I needed to redo. Will never return nor will I recommend the office or Doctor.

I don't know how the doctor is, but I tried scheduling an appointment and the person who picked up said they would call me back after lunch. I never heard from them again and I find that very unprofessional. The doctor might be amazing but I am going somewhere else just because of the way I was ignored. To me it speaks about the way they treat the patients and it was not good.
