Knowledgeable
I checked in and immediately went back for xrays. Dr Vo was waiting for me to finish and then immediately pulled up the xrays and explained what she saw. Then the doctor escorted me to the exam room and thoroughly explained what was going on with me. She discussed her recommendations and together we came up with a health plan.

My foot is ruined for life. I had a screw placed to straighten my big toe. I don't remember being told that bone was also being removed from my little toe. The screw procedure was repeated after excruciating cortisone injections in my toe. My toe continued to get worse. The nail was pressing into my second toe. I found another doctor who removed the nail completely, but I still have to wear ugly shoes to endure the continued pain and loss of balance.
