Good review
This physician is the kindest, sincere, caring I have ever seen. The staff was just the same. Very relaxed laidback office.

Not responsive
Did not get a visit when patient was in critical need. Couldn't even get a call back! Nurse practitioner that finally called when I asked for Dr Naeem was rude and abrasive. Do not care about their patients even when they have had a recent issue and been to hospital for days

He was responsible for my mom at memory care. I just switched her to a different doctor. Despite several requests for him to contact me to discuss plan for her care, he has yet to call me back. My mom ended up in ER and we realized she had blood clots. I do not know why he could not diagnose that within 2 weeks prior to her getting in the ER because nurse at facility sent her to WRegional. I was told he hasn't seen her during that time. He still yet to call me back which is unacceptable. I left a message at the clinic to which he is connected with, nurse at facility asked him several times to call me. I asked his APN to have him call me. My mom is now under a different doctor's care.
