Liked the doctor’s knowledge and professionalism. Impressed that he did not pressure me into something I wasn’t comfortable with, yet provided and explained other options. Very comforting and I liked that he took the time to listen to me.

I am very pleased with the care from Dr. Vanasupa. He takes time to answer my questions, has referred me to a specialist for low grade prostate cancer, provided great advice, performed a TURP, and has totally resolved my prostate issues.

They are always pleasant and efficient.

As always, the doctor was pleasant, clear in all that he shared, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Dean does a good job as well. The staff is just as pleasant. I am confident that all that they are doing for me is totally appropriate to give me the best outcome.

If you want to be thrown to the wayside try to use this doctor. After being seen and established as a patient they don't care to call you back if you're dying. Went to ER with kidney stones, called as per follow up instructions, told they'll get together with team and call back. No return call x 10 days, called today as out of meds prescribed by ER, not pain meds, received message they would call by end by end of day. No call back again. Wish Tricare could take back payment as this is definitely not taking care of a patient! Wish I could give minus stars as staff doesn't deserve one star!

Like Dr. Vanasupa, but have waited over 2 weeks to get results from a Prostate MRI from the UW on 10/10/2016. Called Dr. Vanasupa's office several times. Had to call myself to the file dept at the UW today 10/25/2016 and give them Dr Vanasupa's fax number. Not sure who dropped the but still have not received the results of my tests. Doesn't seem like anyone cares. WHAT HAPPENED? Is this unusual? Left poor review to get someone's attention. Clark B Waitt

From the start Dr. Vanasupa has the nicest most professional staff, they helped me with all my questions and we're very friendly. After a short wait I saw the Dr. Dr. Vanasupa had me scheduled for surgery within a week. I was never made uncomfortable, and I felt all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dr. Vanasupa to anyone who has urology needs.
