I transferred to Dr. Kaur when the practice joined Englewood, and have been seeing her for several years now. What was once a good practice has gone downhill. The office staff doesn't seem to care about patients, and don't expect to actually see the Dr. on time. Scheduling a visit is hard, and I've had to correct my medical history almost every time I go in. The doctor seems annoyed anytime I mention an issue, and half the time feel like I'm being ignored. The final straw was recently finding out that there were no refillls on a cholesterol med. I called the office and she sent a new refill (usually a 6 month script) to my pharmacy. I happened to look at the bottle yesterday to see No Refills. I called the office and after getting bounced through several different people on the phone, was told that I need to come in and see the doctor. Soonest appt is 4 weeks away (14 days of meds left). No one called or messaged that I needed to see the doctor. Just 'fell through the cracks'

Dr Kaur has been caring for my blind friend for well over a decade. She has always provided extraordinary care on every level: researching and diagnosing his illnesses, kindness and gentleness at every turn, listens and responds to any and all questions patiently , follows up in the facility where he lives, responds quickly when we need her and shows high regard for his conditions with appropriate treatments and medications. She is of the highest caliber anyone would dream of when looking for a physician. We salute you Dr Kaur for the quality of work you provide to my friend. We are so very thankful for you. Avoid this doctor! She's got very unprofessional staff who do not respect you as a patient, or as a person. Everytime I had some regular blood tests (as preventive care) they introduced the wrong codes, asking for outrageous amounts. Possible insurance scam ? They're only looking to profit from your visit, care is zero. Also the doctor herself is very poorly prepared in medicine, she's never available even if you have a medical emergency (happened to me). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this doctor, health is too important to leave it to these amateurs and profiteers.

I came in only for a flu shot but was very impressed with the almost all new staff. They work efficiently and professionally. They answered all my questions. The medical assistant or nurse who gave me my shot had the best technique in giving me my shot so that it didn't even hurt later that day.

Dr. Kaur cares about her patients. She spends quality time with you and listens to your concerns. She is very knowledgeable and every question is answered. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Kaur listen to my concerns and always clarifies all my questions, she explains the procedures clearly, she is always courteous and shows sympathy towards my concerns.
