Disrespectful Manager/Practice Manager, Adrian
I had an extremely troubling and distressing experience with the office manager/practice manager, Adrian. My family and I had an appointment with him and Dr. Miranda to discuss my mother's death certificate. To start with, we waited for over 2.5 hours before I finally asked to speak with Adrian. When he came to our room, he raised his voice, berated me, and displayed a complete lack of compassion for our situation. The worst part was that this happened in front of my daughter, brother, and husband. Despite explaining the significance of obtaining my mother's death certificate, he responded callously, dismissing our need as inconsequential compared to other patients. When I questioned why he scheduled an appointment he couldn't fulfill, his response was insensitive: "How important is this death certificate?" I replied, "Extremely important!" to which he callously retorted, "Then, you will wait for whenever Dr. is ready to see you!" before walking out of the room.

It was horrible. Staff was the worst , they clearly need to learn manners. An office runs smoother when the staff has everything organized which this office doesn't. Lost my paperwork .

I highly recommend Dr. Miranda, because he is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring, he takes time with his patients, and when needed, he refers you to excellent Specialist doctors. I am a true witness to this, and I will be forever grateful, because he saved my life, not once, but three times.

If you have 3 to 4 hours to sit in a waiting room waiting to be seen by Dr Miranda then this is the place to go. I live out of state and when my mother was in the hospital she asked him repeatedly to call me to give me an update on her condition he never called me but told her he had and I didn’t answer the phone but that I called him later and he talked to me. That is a lie. I never got a call from him. If you try to call his office be prepared to hold for 30 minutes and then get hung up on.

When waiting for your appointment prepare to wait 3 to 4 hours. After wait time you get the nice suprise that miranda is not attending you. U get some other staff untrained who don't bother looking at chart.Had nerve to ask my 91 year grandmother why she was drinking antibiotic. Staff hung up phone after keeping on you on hold as to not to deal with you. And forget getting documents on time try a month later. Horrible service. Sad that miranda will loose client due to bad nurse gloria.
