The staff and Doctors at the clinic are all wonderful, polite, caring people. Dr. Schank has always stood out...from my first visit with him several years ago. In a world of super specialized medicine, he is truly one of the best. He has worked with me through several chronic issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will of course refer you to a specialist as needed, but he will also work with you on a wide array of issues. He has tackled my Type 2 Diabetes, headaches, GI issues...and more! All the while having such a calm, caring nature with a great sense of humor! He listens and responds to concerns and questions, and has never made my thoughts seem irrelevant.

He is very interested in how he can help you. He’s a good listener. He follows through on your needs or requests; and even notices things that need attention, things that you’ve not mentioned.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kristen, whose genuine kindness made a lasting impression. The efficiency of the staff was nothing short of remarkable; I was swiftly ushered in for my examination. The nurse took a moment to gather my information and genuinely check on my well-being, which made me feel truly valued.When Doctor Bob walked into the room, I was eager to hear his thoughts on my blood work. We shared a moment of celebration over the progress I’ve made—I’ve successfully shed over 60 pounds, all thanks to the right medication! This transformation has resulted in a significant drop in my A1C levels, plummeting from 7.6 to 5.6. While my blood pressure started on the higher side, it has now improved to a fantastic 120 over 68.Dr. Schank has been my doctor since 2013, and I can confidently say that I wish everyone could experience the exceptional care and support that Dr. Bob provides.

He takes time, he listens and doesn’t try to rush me out the door.

Dr. Schank always takes the time to listen to all your concerns seems to always have a solution. He is a honest and caring doctor and that is hard to find nowadays. The staff’s pleasant attitude makes for an enjoyable visit. I highly recommend Dr. Schank and his staff.

Professional. Can, and will, answer any question you give him. I rarely wait more than 15 minutes past my appointment time, but he still takes as much time as I need. Dr. Schank never hurries me in any way and has covered every issue I ask about during my visits. He truly wants to make (and keep me) a well patient. Always aware of all of my past situations and takes time to make sure I have fully healed and ready to go full speed again.

Dr.Schank is an exceptional doctor as well as a person. He listens to you, answers any questions, has a wonderful bedside manner and doesn't run you in and out like a herd of cattle. Very compassionate and caring. Cares as much about my mental health as my physical health. His nurse, Kat, is wonderful, great person and a personality to match. Couldn't do without him.Just an all around great doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone at any time.

Dr. Schank has been my physician for many years. He is very thorough. He listens and does not judge He takes the time to explain things and answer all my questions. He has been a very willing and effective advocate for me whether it be with another doctor or my insurance company. He really cares about his patients. He is a great physician. His staff is wonderful. They are always friendly and very helpful.

The visit was a yearly check. Having completed my labs prior to the visit, Dr. Schanks had my numbers in front of him. As there were no abnormalities there was little to comment on which was a good thing. We discussed a few issues which unfortunately relate to the aging process & little can be done to fix that. He told me to keep doing what I'm doing & I should live as long as anyone barring the unforeseen anomalies.

Dr. Schank is the best and most compassionate primary care doctor I have ever had. He cares about me and my needs. He spends the time needed to address any and all questions I have. He allows me to make my own choices as to my care. He truly is the greatest!

We have seen Dr Scank for years now and have the best experience possible. I have absolutely complete faith in his judgment. When he sends me to a specialist, they have always been top notch. Dr Schank listens to my concerns and gives honest feedback and advice.

I met Dr. Shank for the first time last week. He had actually read my chart before he came in the room and had insightful questions. He was not in a rush. He and his entire staff were kind and attentive. I highly recommend.

Dr. Schank always listens to my concerns, gives me options, patiently answers all my questions, and then lets me make the best decision for my health. I have never had a doctor listen the way he does! He is just as concerned with my mental health as he is my physical health. I highly recommend him as a PCP!
