MedFirst Primary Clinic 2648 Loope 337, New Braunf
The MedFirst Primary Care Clinic at 2648 Loop 337 in New Braunfels is horrible. Multiple urgent care calls placed to Dr. Brock - never returned any calls. Outside Health care nurse sends results multiple times to this clinic for Dr. Brock to review - they have no records of receiving the test results. Nurse is not impressed with this office. Calls NEVER returned. Appointments changed with NO notification. No Clinic Director to speak to concerning problems. Stay away from this corporate owned sweat shop.

Dr. Brock is a very down to earth doctor. He is genuine concern of all my needs when I'm in his office. I never feel rush. He takes his time and goes over all me results and answers all my questions. Dr. Brock make's me feel like my health care is the most Important thing to him. I'm not just a number. Not only is Dr. Brock on top of things... so is his staff. When ever I call or come in I'm always greeted with a Hello and a Smile. It's like I have known them for years. They are all very professional, and respectful and welling to help. I can always get appointment in a timely matter. I never have to wait long. office is well kept. Thanks Dr. Brock

When I first started seeing Dr. Brock in 2015 in New Braunfels my Type 2 Diabetes was out of control. He kept working with me until we found the med combo that worked. My last blood work in 2019 had me registering at normal levels across the spectrum. I am so happy with Dr. Brock even though I moved to Houston I still come back to New Braunfels for my check ups.

Beware if this Dr. I went through 11 years of abuse and even though I didnt know how to explain to him what was going on. I told him that I cant help but upsetting my fiance' and this doctor, instead of looking further and taking time. He put me on seroquel. An antipychotic and then tramadol for pain from a broken leg my fiance gave me. The two are highly dangerous and caused extreme siezures. Which cause me to almost bit off my tongue and go through several studies to find the cause of siezures
